Consulting	3 days prior to the start of the consultation	100% refund of the amount paid
	2 days before the start of the consultation	50% refund of the amount paid
	from the day of consultation	No refund
	Cancellation and refund are only possible during business hours (weekdays from 10 am to 5 pm). Requests made after business hours are processed up to 2 business days, and the refund amount is calculated based on the time of application. Refund request : Please inform us at info@elearntool.com.
